Services at Village Hall

Staff

Staff at Village Hall are eager to assist all residents and work under the direction of Deputy Clerk Frances Richard-Bey.

Water/Sewer/Sanitation
Water and Sewer charges are based on actual gallons used.  Bills are sent bi-monthly and are due within 15 days of billing.  Bills paid after the due date are subject to a 10% penalty.  New residents are required to pay a Security Deposit of $75.00 for service, which is returned to the resident after two years of on-time payments.
Sanitation/Refuse charges are billed on the water bill and are set by contract with the waste hauler.  All refuse must be in the receptacle provided by the Village.  Recycling is part of the program and can be set in the blue bin provided by the village.  Yard waste is to be placed in a biodegradable bag or covered container marked "Yard Waste".  You may also set out up to three large items per week.  All trash, recyclable, and yard waste are pickup up on you regularly scheduled day.     (back to menu)
