Welcome to the Community & Economic Development Department at the Village of Riverdale. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for residents and promote economic vitality to businesses.
Riverdale is ideally suited for almost any commercial and industrial endeavor, located just south of the Canal River, which borders the Village of Riverdale from the City of Chicago. We are located 5 minutes away from 5 interstates and 7 rail lines. The Village Government and its residents have and are continuing to reinvest in the community.
